After more than a decade leading photography teams as a Photo Manager aboard international cruise ships, I am now channeling my leadership and technical expertise into the IT and customer support field. My career has been defined by managing diverse teams, delivering exceptional service under high‑pressure conditions, and ensuring operational excellence across global environments.
